COMPENSATION & BENEFIT SECTION HEAD
(C & B)
As the Compensation & Benefit Section Head you will be accountable for :
1. Coordination and delivery of Company Performance
Management System
2. Internal and external equity programs Create and merit data
spreadsheets
3. Job matching and data analysis to match market compensation
to Company Compensation
4. Develop and administer reward and recognition (non-cash
award) develop and manage promotional guidelines
5. Advise to Recruitment Department on all compensation factors
for new hire
6. Determine merit and bonus budgets
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Statistics/Mathematics with min.
GPA 2,75
2. Male, max 35
3. Min. 3 (three) years experience in Compensation & Benefit
system and procedure
4. Good communication in English both of oral & written
5. Excellent skills in computer & Microsoft office
6. Able to plan, well-organized and well-adjusted
7. Ability to assume a high level of responsibility and workload is
needed
8. Willing to extend work hours
