Handling the office job is not as easy as we imagine, it was needed a good skill with professional ways to perform better in accomplishment the job efficiently and effectively because the work controlling function start from the office. Many data and information must be manage by office manager to support head manager when make decision for corporate action. In modern office management and administration, every office manager have to think, gesture and action fit with the requirement as usually manager to do, not just handling a clerical work like the past time, but also have to know about human relation and better communication skill. This training was designed for all participants to have a good skill in modern office management and administration, so they can be work more efficient and effectively when perform their job.
Objectives :
The participant will learn and able to handling office management and administration function, handling data and information with modern file storage medium, building a network based on human relation, handling visitor, handling complaint with polite attitude and behavior, prepare for business meeting, can be communication effectively, and working efficient and effectively.
